The blues I'm used to from artist supply stores appear very man-made in comparison. This is a true blue from nature and you can feel the difference. I mixed it in with indigo and ultramarine blue and got the most wonderful color. It was deep and soft like velvet night. The kind of darkness where you feel held, comforted and able to rest. The very best kind of solitude. I swear it has healing properties. Lovely! I'm ordering more.
